Preserving or restoring the best of historic, heritage or older homes is a very specialized profession and Philip brings over 25 years of working with clients who wish to retain the unique design and qualities of original features. He also brings extensive experience in the analysis of water damage and provide you with recommended actions to resolve the problem before moving forward on the visible or cosmetic elements.

The potential scope of preservation carpentry projects is truly unlimited and may include:

  • Repair or restoration of pillars, staircases (internal and external), brackets, shutters, doors, windows, trim and other ornamental features.
  • Reproduction or fabrication of architectural details including ornamental brackets, balusters, railings, mouldings.
